Our Pinot Noir developed its complex expression of ripe black cherry, sun-warmed rose, tobacco leaf and spice in cool-climate vineyards near Monterey Bay. Mocha and vanilla aromas, from French oak, add complexity. Supple, fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity frame the red-berry flavors mid-palate and then enliven the vibrant finish.
