Description

This whisky spent 36 years slumbering in our deepest darkest warehouses, nurtured in American white oak casks.

Only when the time was right, did our Master Distiller reawaken this whisky.

The spirit was carefully transferred into a specially selected Matusalem oloroso cask which previously contained 30-year-old sherry. This exquisite sherry cask, sourced from the renowned bodega González Byass, further enhances the spirit s beauty and gifts it with notes of fig, raisins, and pecan pie.

For its final refinement, the whisky was transferred into a freshly emptied bourbon cask for two years.
